Top Team

What a great day the students at school had today.  Our juniors started with some fun when the Top Team people arrived.  They brought all sorts of crazy fun challenges for them.  

In this one the kids had to fill a bucket (with holes in it) with water, put it on this wee pedestal, carry it over an obstacle course and, without touching the bucket, tip it into a bigger bucket.  The team who got the most water in the big bucket in a set amount of time were the winners of that section.  As you can see, it took concentration.  But no matter how much they focused they were still guaranteed to get wet!

This was only one of the challenges.  There were 7 different ones all up.  I think they all had a wonderful time.

Then we finished the day with school House Sports Challenge - organised by one of our senior students as part of his Physical Education assessment.  The kids had great fun playing netball, football (soccer) and touch rugby.  Mixed teams which is always fun.  It is such a delight seeing big rugby players on the netball court (in their House colour tutus).
