Preserving: Storing

First task in kitchen each morning is normally putting the coffee on. Today however it was to check jelly had set. It had and so could be added to cupboard for later enjoyment.

If it hadn't set then the trick is to reboil with some added pectin.

Rather like how jelly making combines chemistry & maths.
