Preserving: Savouring .... with some serendipity
This was originally going to be entitled Preserving: Enjoying but on thinking about it I realised that not only do I enjoy consuming the fruits of my labour (in a literal-ish sense), I also enjoy the process of creating the jelly and have also enjoyed sharing that process this year on blip.
As I continued to savour my bagel with peanut butter and (home-made) jelly over breakfast, I was reading a new book (one of life's other joys) on Design Thinking and (serendipitously) came across the quote shown in my extra picture.
