Autumn Harvest

A lovely sunny day, for the first time in over a week.  Came home for lunch, and was admiring all the colour on the patio. 

The beautifully fragrant pink climbing rose is in full bloom again, the wee Acer, normally lime green, is a startling mix of gorgeous reds; and my apple tree, planted in a pot early this spring, has already given me 6 or 7 good sized, delicious apples, and there are a few more to pick. 
On the down side; Rocky is having a really bad bout of colitis again, and today's trip to the Vet cost us £77.  I hate it when he is ill, you just feel so helpless.
