Leftovers

A plate of left-over food at the end of the day? Pretty sure this is the definition of emergency blip.

Still catching up after a busy weekend. Friends over for dinner, and made some lamb and vegetables, which I thought was rather tasty.

If you want to try it its one of those 30 minute meals from Jamie Oliver.
I left out the dessert, but this one was pretty good as far as they go, it only took me 50 minutes.

Although by that point I had amassed a pile of dishes that can only be described as intimidating.
