sheep hunt

Looking down on Troutbeck from the path that runs up the east side of the valley and over to Kentmere. 

I decided that we would go looking for the orange sheep that hit the news. It seemed like a good idea to walk where we could get a view across the valley, find their location in relation to roads and footpaths and then go back for photos.

They were spread out ......... some up the hillside and others in the valley. There was one group close to a gate in the field next to the church ....... perfect for my blip. The sheep had other ideas and by the time we returned (4 miles after setting off) they had moved. 

I'll try again, but if you look closely in the middle of the photo you may spot some.
