Coffee and Almond Cake

Today we visited the medieval town of Alcudia. Thick walls surround the old town which is a maze of narrow streets. The buildings with their warm orange stone having been beautifully restored. Some streets were lined with terracotta pots filled with plants. Before leaving we enjoyed coffee and almond cake in a beautiful cobbled courtyard filled with flowers and a little water feature bubbling in the corner.
