The Orkney Foothills

Home last night at 2.00 a.m. after a Diamond Wedding celebration in the fair parish of Deerness.  The bride (now 82) danced every dance.  A great time was had by all.  Tonight we are invited to another party in Kirkwall to celebrate birthdays of two other folk who were at last night’s party.  In other words the folk will be the same but the band will be different.

A day in the foothills today with Zib.  After a fair start we were quite drookit, even a bit chilly.
