Crap Day

The last couple of days have been really stressful and I'm feeling pretty shitty.

In other news I'm sure it has nothing to do with 10pm Sunday alarm calls at work, sandwiched either side of days of under staffing (5 staff off from a team of 12) and a total of 49 hours work.

I've been back one week. Bryher seems further away in time than it is in miles.
