Pre christmas treat

As a reward for how productive i was today (unlike yesterday) I opted for a chinese takeaway. Although I had probably eaten more than enough, I had a craving for something sweet.

no chocolate in teh house, so I nipped out to the supermaket and came back with lemon lemon meraguie (sp) pie.

This is how it looked as it came out of the oven, the road kill that came after that is unpublishable (if that's a word). there was no way on earth it was going to come out of the foli tray to be sliced up into wedges all pretty like the serviing suggestion on the side of the box.

Tasted good though ;-)

Last few cards to do & a trip to the post office for a couple of parcels and I might actually be getting ahead of myself for once at christmas. Quite often still wrapping on Christmas Ever!
