Angel

Today I woke up and Dad picked me up :-) we went to Mewcastle upon Tyne and saw the delights of the many bridges and listened to a man singing about a kettle! We walked through the little market which was coincidentally only on, on a sunday. There was a selection of delicious smells and even a gingerbread angel of the north! Me and mum chose some great cards for different people from one of the stalls. Then we went to the baltic art gallery and had a delicious hot chocolate and coffee stop. The art by caroline achaintre was excellent, a series of xolourful tactile threads which made faces. Then we went to the viewing platform and saw Auntie Sheila!! It was so nice to see Hannah, Stan and Uncle Rick too and I got many panoramas. After that we ran back to the car and went to intu Newcastle shopping centre and pootled about. I got two new jumpers a Harry potter onsie and a running top. I will be so warm now :') Mum and Dad each got nice coats. Then after a quick lunch stop we visited the angel of the north in its full glory. It was a struggle to get a picture with the right anatomy in of everyone and the angel but we managed! Now we are driving back to the Premier Inn, it has been a good day.
