Early or Late?

Not sure if this azalea should be around yet or if it is one left over from earlier in the year:-)  The plants seem very confused by the weather.  

Finally cracked the problem with the photos on a USB stick, but it's taken me most of the day and couldn't begin to explain how I managed it:-)  The earlier rain gave way to late autumn sunshine which lit up the garden beautifully, but I decided you'd probably seen enough of it already!

Not sure if I'm looking forward to Poldark this evening after some reviews of an unpleasant scene to come.
