Sunset near Bannockburn

Had to take Deco aka Conehead to get his wound checked by the vet, then some errands to do. By the time I had finished the sun was just about to set. I drove round the lanes to catch it behind the battlefield at Bannockburn.
There was quite a lot of mist forming on the fields, there is so much history in these fields I find it quite spooky. My mind keeps wandering to the events of the fourteenth century. There must have been a lot of blood spilled on that ground.
