More Gems....

The Dogwood tree in our garden is in flower. It is in amongst other large trees so is easy to miss seeing its beauty.
Our lovely daughter-in-law, Hannah had a narrow escape yesterday when she had a fall off her Mountain Bike at Kaiteriteri and needed to be air-lifted to Nelson Hospital for treatment. She is home now and recovering. Luckily she had her very capable friend Jane with her who organized the medi-vac operation and rescue Helicopter. Son Alex got there in time to video Hannah being winched up to the chopper.
