Good thing

I committed the cardinal sin today of heading out with my camera having left the battery charging. I know that nowadays mobile phones are good for photos but I do prefer the camera.

Shame, as there were some good opportunities during the day as I headed from a morning meeting with the Scottish Government in Leith to Glasgow for a joint senior team discussion with our sister organisation on governance arrangements for our joint digital strategy plans.

So it was a good thing that I'd taken this view just after midnight when walking the dog of some autumn leaves backlit by a street lamp.
