Autumn leaves on the Links

It's  been a crazy busy day mainly focussed on gender equality work: the morning reviewing document drafts; the afternoon in meetings; the evening creating slides for a symposium presentation tomorrow.

At around 7pm a mouse joined me in the office. He willingly posed for photographs, but my morning shot of the trees on Bruntsfield Links with the cascade of yellow leaves and seagulls on the grass makes a better blip.

Exercise today: one morning running loops, sit-ups, stretches and weights, walk to work (13,319 steps).
