Green and Gold -
on the canal.
I met friends for coffee this morning in Saltaire at Salts Mill diner. Great to catch up as always.
It was a bit foggy and pretty cool first thing but when I left the mill to walk back along the canal at midday the sun was lovely and quite warm
I loved the arching trees over the towpath together with the fallen leaves and reflections in the canal. It is the Leeds Liverpool canal and it celebrated its bicentenary just a couple of weeks ago which is why a new mural has appeared at Hirst Lock. It has been made by Saltaire Primary school and you can see it in my extra.
