When we are in Sunriver, the cats love to stay outside for the night
(in the summer). When I got up this morning, Oreo was nowhere to be
found. As the day dragged along, we worried ourselves sick, first
thinking the worst that she had become coyote prey, then hoping she
would come dragging in, some victim of a cat fight. Just when we
resigned ourselves to her probably not coming back, here she came from
under the deck. We couldn't believe it. Hooray for Oreo, survivor of
one more Sunriver night.
