Duxford Imperial War Museum

Today my husband took annual leave (first day of half term) so that we could take our boys to Duxford Imperial War Museum. I'm sure this was as much for my husband as for our sons benefit! It took about 2 1/2 hours to drive there but was worth it for the excitement from Theo at seeing his favourite plane - the SR71 Blackbird (mine is Concorde as pictured here with Henry). We even saw a Spitfire fly over and do a loop-de-loop! We had a lovely day and were pretty much the last people to leave! We finally got home at 9:30pm with 2 very sleepy boys, hence the late blip.
I went to Duxford as a child and remember parts of it but there appear to be many newer additions.
