Walking the walls

Day 2

The thing to do in Lucca on a Sunday afternoon is walk/cycle/jog around the walls. No cars are allowed up here and so it is busy with people which is great to see. I think I could sit up here all day watching the world go by.

We walked a lap which is about 4.5km in length and there is so much to see across the rooftops.
