Wed At Last

My dear friend R got married today, late, but you know what they say about that and never, so all good.

My sister and I drove up from Naas and booked into a B&B and Todd, the B&B proprietor, drove us to the church. A lovely day, if somewhat windy. It was great to be there for it. And we won't forget the empty packet of pills we saw on the bench we were sitting in either! Viagra, if you don't mind!

Anyway, there was a fabulous view of Trim Castle from the hotel where the reception was. I recognised a few people but it has been so long since I met any of them it took a while for us all to warm up.

We danced the night away that night. We were in the company of 'mods' so both men and women occupied the dance floor and there was no holding back. Great night.
