Hallo Blip

After meaning to start using Blip for the last few months, I've finally got around to signing up! Here I sit in a student flat in Regensburg on 15th August 2012 (a German bank holiday), and I thought I'd begin with some back-blips of my time in Bavaria so far.

So this is a picture of the Dom (cathedral) in the center of Regensburg, taken on a beautifully blue and clear day in Neufahrplatz on my walk back from work. I've been here in Germany since July 7th on an internship, and I have to say it's an amazing country. I'm also here to improve my German, which is going ok.

I can't remember anything specific about this day, but I've had a great time here so far - everyone is friendly at work and in town, I've seen the sights of Regensburg, been swimming a few times and read a whole host of books that I never had time for at university. This was taken towards the end of my third week, and so coming up are pictures of my week-long holiday!
