Eryngium planum

Heavy rain this morning followed by a strong wind. I wanted to photograph the Eryngium in situ in the garden but they would not stay still because of the garden photographers curse- breezy conditions.

We have to adapt to the conditions we are presented with so I took a cutting to use in the light tent which I think worked out rather better than having a cluttered background.
