Broody Mountain shot
As promised broody mountain shot. We drove down the narrow roads and down the steep hill to Elgol. It was cloudy when we arrived and went to the cafe for tasty tattie and leak soup with a cheese scone and we were tempted by the large Victoria sandwich so bought a couple of pieces and a take way tea.
I walked on the beach and looked at the tiny little school which must be the only school that has a waterfront view of the Cuillin mountain range / The children must feel and taste the salt from the sea at playtime as it's that close :)
We then drove down some other roads waiting for sheep and cows to wander by. A couple of horses caught my eye :)
Back to Broadford and a walk in the sunshine finished by fish and chips :)
