Another box ticked

Another thing I've been scared of, not flying, not been scared of that since doing my RGIT (survival training, for off shore) more moons ago than I care to remember.
Actually it's going through airport security with my condition. In the past I've seen and old couple with mobility problems being humiliated going through airport security, it was heart breaking to witness that, there's no need for that, it's a necessary evil, I'm not decrying airport security but there has to be a way to do it and keep people's dignity :-(
I'm staying in a hotel just outside Leeds and down at a place called Heckmondswike :-)
I like Yorkshire, lovely friendly people :-)
