CHARD GHOSHT?

Today after doing a fair pile of bugger jobs I decided to spoil myself. Bought a shoulder of lamb, a couple of bunches of chard & a pot of Turkish yoghurt. And using the coriander seeds from Meles's allotment, concocted a new "Indian" dish.

It's only a short step away from the familiar Sagh Ghosht but equally good!

You can tell that I'm a bit of on a fan of fresh coriander leaves which come free from my butcher.
