Jobs in the dark

This is what happens when the clocks change, a day gardening is suddenly in the dark and jobs are not finished. Was fab being in semi dark listening to geese and swans flying over. I love that about where we live.

Feeling much better today. Planted more bulbs and shifted more plants down the garden - I dream that next year all these plants that spread will spread out and out compete the nettles and rosebay willow herb down the wilderness that is our garden. It's good to have dreams.

Boys made me laugh this afternoon. They were on a screen ban as had been really rubbish at listening. They asked if they could use the PS3 controls and sit in front of the screen to pretend they were playing a game...and were elated when I said they could! Who says computer games stop their imagination! :-D
