Taking Time Out.

I felt all of a muddle today so decided finding a very simple blip would help. It was lovely to walk the track and  sit for a while just watching the sea and birds and bees going about their business.

I am intrigued by these flowers growing wild beside the coastal track but still don't know their name. They are a real bumble bee magnet.

Behind this flower is an impressionist capture of the sea, mountains and clouds.

A bit of time out did me the world of good.
