Some sunshine

This is some autumn colour, with our sunny street on the other side of the valley, blipped on my way home from the gym.

Lots of chores to do, as I've had a busy weekend of family visits. Both daughters and families are coming this weekend. It will be a trial run for the C occasion - will James sit at the table? His parents have been summoned to appear before the disciplinary committee at nursery. He won't sit still at story time, gets down from the table before he's told to and kicks out when they try to change his nappy. He was 2 this month. Obviously all the other toddlers are more compliant and it would be chaos if they were all like him, but I like his feistiness.
