Why did I come in here?

By Bootneck

Autumnal tragedy.......

........every time the leaves fall a few members of our street and the folk at the end manically clean up leaves, pull grass from their "Cornish Hedges" and generally faf around wasting their time and lives.

The breeze quickly replaces the swept leaves, in a matter of minutes; the Cornish hedge relies on the grass to bind the earth which holds the stones in place. City folk, if only they took a moment or three to understand their surroundings.
