At last

We accepted an offer on the bungalow at least 4 months ago. The buyer was a cash buyer and we wanted to complete asap. This would release funds to build an extension  on our existing house to accommodate my physical limitations and allow us to stay in the house we love.
Today we completed that sale and our buyer is just as frustrated at the time it has taken the solicitors on both sides to act. The costs involved in a straight forward sale are outrageous, i would not want to be in a difficult sale.
