Sorting again...

Going through a cupboard in my Dad's bedroom this afternoon. I didn't think there was much in it but it took the afternoon and there is a suitcase of papers still to go through.

Came across some nice finds though. The brownie reflex camera that I remember Dad using to take childhood snaps of Gill and I. My first mobile phone from 1996. Wee glass ornaments that I remember being in Gill and my bedroom when we were really young...surprisingly they are all in one piece too. Some old photos too, mainly of Mum and Dad when first courting and married.

This jigsaw was in there too...one to try over the holidays perhaps to see if all the pieces are still there. I see from the box it cost 6 old pence.

I'm grateful for the memories this sorting is bringing back.
