Redlead Roundhead
New month, new fungi. The Redlead Roundhead (Leratiomyces ceres) has turned up in my fernery. Its another species I haven't seen before and its another alien from Australia. Apparently it is fairly common in mainland Europe but is found infrequently in southern England although it is spreading with the use of woodchip for mulching.
