You Weir it Well.

Hospital appointment at Jimmy's for Mr P this morning so it was the train into Leeds, then a walk to the hospital instead of catching a bus.
Then a walk back into Leeds which meant we had 12, 000 steps done by 11.00am.
Went to John Lewis, my second visit since the store opened ten days ago and came away £300 lighter, partly for buying a speaker for a wireless hifi system, sweater for Mr P, presents for a forthcoming festive season ( l refuse to say the word till the 1st of next month!) fairy lights and finally six buttons for my coat as I've somehow managed to lose two. So even after using the spare one, l'm still short.
Had the free coffee and cake but after what we had spent it wasn't really free!
As soon as we got back home Mr P set about setting up the speaker and l did the circular walk down to the river in some of the late, glorious sunshine.
So more steps accomplished and a blip to boot.
