Autumn splendour

The BBC weather app predicted all-day sunshine and it was correct: a beautiful day!

While in Drymen having my flu and pneumonia jabs this afternoon, I walked up to the viewpoint, where I blipped this. Not for the first time, I confess.

I thought there might be a spectacular sunset, so I checked the BBC weather app again and was told that sunset in this area would be at 1635: wrong! See extra for a not-yet-sunset blip.
