Happy day!

A very happy Pippa - not only did she get a medal (it's been a while), she swam a huge PB (15s off) and her time was good enough to qualify for the Flemish youth championships!
A year ago - I lay paralysed in a hospital bed. One year on and this afternoon I had a long autumn walk with Bert, supporting Pippa in the pool this morning and seeing Abbie almost fully recovered from her throat infection. Life is good!
