Eating Birthday Cake

A breezy day, and chilly too.  There's been plenty of showers, sleety at times, and a peerie bit of sunshine. 

I've been working in the museum office all day, and feels like a long time since I last had a day at my desk.  There's been loads to catchup with, and loads of new donations arrived on my desk.  The mountain of work is growing.  I've also been trying to get ready for a photo display in the museum, hopefully get it up tomorrow.  Off to work in the pub again tonight.

After tea, I popped down to see Jonny and family.  Lena, the youngest, turns 6 tomorrow, so Jonny and Ruth were throwing a peerie party for the family this evening.  She loved the presents I got her, and we all loved the cake Ruth baked.  Here's Lena enjoying her 6th birthday cake, and also big bro Jonny too.  Taken at Bigton.
