Refreshed

After some heavy rain over night the day started of cold and warmed up a little. 

I had my scan this morning and my doctor should have the results by tomorrow. 

It was great to have a shower this afternoon as I made it up the stairs. I found it easier to go back down the stairs,  backwards. My ankle is what hurts the most. The knee has a lot more movement. 

The Solomon Seal looked lovely this morning after the rain over night.
