Up north today to the seaside to present my paper to committee, speak with my colleague about teams and team structure and look at some objectionable Sitka spruce trees with another.

I got back home for a five minute turnaround before being back out and up the road to Huntly for my eldest two's Nordic ski lesson.

Home, in the dark, for my dads warming minestrone soup and my lovely husbands perfect bacon sarnies and then later tea by the fire while I made another dent on the great big scout badge sew.
