Autumnal Corner

I was just rounding the bend in the van at West Leake when I spotted this lovely light shining through the leaves on the tree and the leaf litter on the ground.

At first, I thought the crash barrier was a seat! And I hadn't spotted the structure on the left hand side. I even turned the van round to and park to try and get a shot. Perhaps not quite as I saw it, but there is a sun sparkle.

Basil and I had been returning from East Leake where I'd gone for a physio session. Basil most indignant at being shut in the van for almost half an hour but mollified by having a run in the park.

I do wish Bryers would offer gluten free toasties. I don't actually always want cake.
