Underneath the arches

In Stirling today I wore my 'Lady What Lunches' t-shirt to meet Cousin Alison in The River House for lunch and catch-up. I hadn't seen her for months, so there was much catching-up to do.

On my way to do a big supermarket shop (ugh!) afterwards, I stopped off at the Old Stirling Bridge - site of the famous battle in 1297 - and blipped through one of its arches to the 'new' bridge, which now carries all the heavy A9 traffic across the River Forth.

Pleased to report no ill effects from yesterday's exertions :-)
