Digital day

After yesterday's emotional impact, it was a day of meetings. A discussion with the Board Chair; a meeting on information governance and, all afternoon, a meeting to oversee the development and implementation of our joint digital strategy.

All with a fairly intense headache as I fight the off something.

The digital discussion was looking ahead to the potential we might unleash over the next three years if we secure funding. But also, more immediately, how we prepare with our current limited resources for moving forward if we get the funds.
