SIMPLE SUMMERS LONG AGO

In the words of George Formby "It's Turned Out Nice Again !" lovely to see kids playing in the great outdoors instead of being stuck in front of a games console or a computer, mind with the ever rising popularity of smartphones their never more than a second away from a screen of some sort, when I was a child I swear the days were longer, we would be out of the house by eight thirty and our parents were lucky if they saw us again before bed time, better times I think.
Oh, why George Formby, watched a program on him last week and enjoyed a couple of films on you tube, now I am a showing my age!
