Moments in a minor key

THE PROFESSOR &HIS WIFE.

Everything changed today & the heavens opened up with a vengeance, walked down to the beach first thing, grey sky but quite pleasant, half an hour into my amble and the rain fell, and fell, and fell, by the time I got back to her indoors you could have rung me out like a flannel . By this afternoon the rain had subsided so we went too Lymington for some light relief of my wallet ( who pays £150 for shoes........she doesn't !), by seven the best of the weather returned, stopped at Barton on Sea to take in the views of the Isle of White, tried to capture the needles with full zoom on my nikon to blip but as I walked back to the car I came upon this lovely couple enjoying the late sun, the gentleman was what his wife called a professor of photography, perhaps he was but he did work ay Kodak for over fourth years, they retired to these parts from Hemel Hempstead about fourteen years ago, had a nice chat about this and that and
D took this photo..
