It was our Achievement Evening for former students and current year 11s this evening. I was stood at the back and the shadows from these panels caught my eye at one point. I swear the one on the left was giving me an offensive gesture!

I say it every year, because I mean it, that so many of our students make me very proud. I admit that tonight, the achievements of one of my little flock made me so proud that I got a little emotional. Such an amazing transformation.

Also treated to three lovely musical items, one of which was a beautiful piano piece, composed by Ludovico Einaudi, which was played from memory and with a great deal of finesse. I love it when a student makes me stop and say "wow".
