Shire Hill Wood

There was a brief sunny interval around lunchtime so I dashed around in the car snapping wildly ( for a change) .

This one is from Derbyshire Level - zooming into the top level trees around the Quarry edge. It did look crystal clear for a few minutes an the black clouds all around enhanced the look.

Back to see final episode of The Moonstone  - well worth seeking out this excellent production (its been on BBC1 every afteroon at 2:15).

Mum ( and Dad when awake) watched Tennis - lots of Tennis - Novak lost and Andy won so he is on  his way to Number 1 now
