Allotment

Lord but I was busy, today. I lay in bed, this morning, and thought about all of the things I needed to do before I'd get back into bed again, this evening.

Not that I was *that* busy at work, in fact I pretty much always enjoy my days in the office. And I managed to squeeze in a swim before the governors' meeting, this evening, so that was good. I think the bit that made it hectic was my plan to drive from school down to Manchester to meet up with Simon and the Minx.

But I was so glad I did. I picked Simon up from near his new digs in Salford and we drove to Allotment where we met the Minx. Just an hour chatting with good friends was the perfect finish to my day.
