White room

This is what the living and dining room looks like cleared of our things and freshly dusted, vacuumed and mopped :-)
We were done with cleaning inside and outside around 5 pm!
Again totally knackered, but the house looks fine (well, that is apart from the fact that we wanted to sweep the attic, even if we had never been up there in the 4 years we lived here. Lightbulbs up there were not working so we went up with a ladder and new bulbs. We had been told the attic was strong enough to walk on all around. The moment DJ wanted to put the stepladder up he stepped through the floor. Thank heaven he didn't hurt himself! But it did mean that there's now a big hole with star in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms !
