Earls Court

A day trip to London town to sample some Olympics action. The final of the women's volleyball (the real stuff, not the beach stuff) to be precise. It was a tremendous match between USA and Brazil, with the neutral spectators sitting firmly in the Brazil camp it was a party atmosphere as everyone's second favourite team stormed to victory (Brasil, Brasil etc.).

We had some lovely thai lunch with my brother-in-law and his partner, followed by a nice relaxing afternoon in the park. We then headed across to Earls Court to sample the big match build-up. Unfortunately Earls Court is a dump and this ^^^ was the entertainment (frozen tv picture and all). I hate Seb Coe.

Walked past a huge amount of cool looking record shops on the way through soho, no time to stop though. One of them looked like a reggae/dub specialist as well. Bet they know their King Dubby's from their Scratch Perry's from their Coxsone Dodd's. Here's a little something from the former.
