Finger Painting

A day choc-ful of activities for Arlo. A visit to the local city zoo in the morning, complete with a jamaican barbeque at lunch (jerk chicken, rice & peas, dumplings, rum cake - thank you very much), finished off with painting in the back garden in the afternoon.

I'm going to save you the pain of listening to the new Bloc Party album. I've streamed it and it's rotten. I was a big fan of their first two albums, but this one is a stinker, the only elements of Bloc Party that remain in place are the clumsy lyrics. The best track in the pack is 'Day Four' but that just leaves you clammering for a listen to 'This Modern Love'.
